I'm leaning to doing this on Thanksgiving night. Crazy?

i think it is great to do hard ticket events like this on a holiday when the rest of the park is crowded!

I am going to try by phone I guess (speaker phone at work lol) plus it will let me use my gift card for it.

they are saying "more than 20 minutes" wait time. I just have it sitting on speaker on my deks phone and now I'm supposed to do work?

Can anyone tell me what exactly it is called so they can look it up for me?

I would guess the concierge line. you could try one on your cell and one on your land line and see who give you satisfaction first lol
