We'd love to use the remote check in on the ship but our flights home aren't until 7PM. I believe that is too late to use it but can anyone confirm that for me?

I'm going to guess that you are referring to the onboard checkin program.

The only thing the DCL web site states is that the flight must be on the day your cruise ends. It does say that flights must be after 11:25am, but there is nothing about a later time limit. I would call DCL to confirm. Here is the link to the DCL web site info:

You must either book your air through DCL or use their transfers (at least one way - from the port to the airport makes the most sense to me). See the link I posted above for all the details.
