Does Jet blue send conformation e-mails? Or is it just what we printed out at the end of the booking.

I noticed the flights down for me are $89 better than southwest, but return on jet blue is $189 will this go down? is it worth booking one way to start?

How long should I wait before giving them a call, I just checked my e-mail and there is nothing there yet.

I got my Southwest reply back within the hour I booked, so just wondered if they were backed up or something. So I was trying to be patient.

I have gotten my email confirmation with seconds of booking my travel with JetBlue. If you haven't received it, call them.
