SO sorry i havent been around..as you tell from my signature..im going to alaska---in may!!!!!

I was sick all last weekend (some type of allergice reaction) and work has been NUTS this week!

But i PROMISE, ill be back with a long update this weekend!

hi everyone-
So sorry I havent been around lately..Things have just been crazy busy! Ive been going to bed so early! Ive been shopping for some clothes for alaska which is fun,,but i stillc ant believe ill be there next month!

Ive lost 4 pounds in the last week so thats encouraging..I know i dont have much time, but id like to be at 159 by the time i leave--thats 7 weeks..right now im at 166..so we will see!

Just checking in to say hello
Im watching the biggest loser and its so motivational for me.

Last night, i did 1 mile on teh treadmill--that is HUGE for me...it was in 21 minutes but i was so proud --i hate the treadmill!!

hi everyone-
I love weekends but hate when its sunday night!!

I am working on getting ready for alaska!! I have 6 weeks to go and it seems like its DRAGGING!! Im trying to be good with my exercise/eating but i get so discouraged...i really need to focus on my lower stomach and upper legs--anyone have some reallly good exercises or something for me to do--HELP!

Hey Jen,

I hate Sunday evenings as well. There is always so much to do to get ready for the week. As for your question, you may want to check out a Pilates tape. The 6 weeks will fly by once the weather gets a bit nicer.
