So sorry I havent been around lately..Things have just been crazy busy! Ive been going to bed so early! Ive been shopping for some clothes for alaska which is fun,,but i stillc ant believe ill be there next month!
Ive lost 4 pounds in the last week so thats encouraging..I know i dont have much time, but id like to be at 159 by the time i leave--thats 7 weeks..right now im at 166..so we will see!

I love weekends but hate when its sunday night!!
I am working on getting ready for alaska!! I have 6 weeks to go and it seems like its DRAGGING!! Im trying to be good with my exercise/eating but i get so discouraged...i really need to focus on my lower stomach and upper legs--anyone have some reallly good exercises or something for me to do--HELP!

I hate Sunday evenings as well. There is always so much to do to get ready for the week. As for your question, you may want to check out a Pilates tape. The 6 weeks will fly by once the weather gets a bit nicer.
