I made your cookies today. I substituted one and a half cups cake flour and then added the 2 cups all purpose flour (simply because I had an almost emply box of cake flour) and sifted that before adding in the baking powder.

My cookie press broke half way through. I ended up using a scoop, then flattening them out before adding the sprinkles.

They turned out GREAT. Thanks for sharing.

I've made a batch of lemon and a batch of raspberry. They are apparently really good! I don't like flavored cookies so I'm going by family member's reactions

My DD's boyfriend came over this past weekend while we were out of state overnight, to feed and walk the dog. I left him a note with how much of each kind to feed her, and some money to pay for his time. When we got home, the money was still there, and he wrote on the note: "I don't want the money, happy to help. But the cookies are mine!" And one of the bags of lemon cookies was in fact gone!

You're in trouble now.. They're very, very easy to get hooked on - something different - and now people will start hounding you for them every year.. LOL..
