Hello everyone

we're thinking of going back to WDW for the long MLK weekend. does anyone know how the crowds are at that time of the year. we'll be able to deal with the shorter park hours and cooler temp's but is it going to be packed like july was

thanks

Matt

I've never toured during this time frame, so I'm going to bump this back to page one, so that some of our veterans can offer advice.

i am probably not the best to answer as I never go at busy times. I alway go in January. the first time we hit the MLK weekend holiday (was not aware of it at time of booking) I was really taken aback by the difference in crowds. However, I do not believe it could possibly compare to July or summer crowds.

We have gone many times for that weekend. The crowds aren't too bad, but it is always COLD!! As South Floridians, we always get a kick out of it, but if you are looking for a warm Florida vacation, I would avoid that weekend!

We were there during MLK weekend this past January. It was definitely more crowded Saturday thru Monday.... really cleared out after that. But I think (just speculation, not experience) that it is no where near a summer time crowd or a school vacation week crowd. .......................P
