I am really exercising. I really am but just have been too busy/lazy to report it. I actually finished up December with 1850/1000. Yes I exercised 60 minutes a day for 31 days. I started moving November 10 so by the end of December I had exercised for 52 days straight.
Now let's report for January. BL is taking a lot of my time but I am still moving. I am now at
660/1500
I am STILL moving. Every single day 60 minutes, OK so sometimes I miss a day but I make up for it. I am so proud of myself. Now if I could just get my eating under control think of what I could do.
