January Exercise Challenge- Start the New Year off RIGHT!!!

I'm reporting my last three days . . . ta da . . . I am at:

I already did my 30 min of Wii fit this morning, and I just found out it snowed so much last night that school is cancelled and I'm heading out to do some shoveling! Hopefully that will boost my weight loss. I seem to have plateaued already.:mad: I'm going to work on pushing fluids and lots of fruits and veggies over the next few days and see what happens.

I am at 475/1000 tomorrow I will be 1/2 way there... :cool1:
 
Last week I exercised only 1 day out of 7! :( This week I exercised 3 days in a row, so I'm at 186/700. If only I would exercise BEFORE turning on the PC, as that's my biggest obstacle to getting the workout done.
 
I got 30 more minutes in today, so I'm at 385/500. Yeah!

I didn't count my shoveling yesterday because I didn't think to check the clock and see how long I was out there, but it was definitely a workout!
 
Sorry, totally forgot to update my mins...last week I had 95 and this week I'm up to 192 and hoping to get more exercise in today. For a total so far of 287/750

70 minutes today! That puts me at 235/600. I'm gonna need to step it up to meet my goal.
 
I am at 900/1700 so far this month! :cheer2:

That puts me right on target to make my goal as long as I keep moving!
 
My progress so far: 594/1100 and 42.55/90. I've fallen behind this week. I need to step it up.
