Hi everyone
Exercise update:
Sunday 47 minutes, 3.4 miles, 361.8 calories burned on the nordic track. also 35 sit ups with 2 extra sets (part of the exercise challenge) and 5 minutes of stretching.
Tonight, monday, stationary bike, 8.98 miles, 446 calories burned, 45 minutes, 5 minutes stretching, and 35 sit ups with 2 extra sets of 6. Oh my.!
I am at 781/900 for January.
Tomorrow morning is weigh in, I hope I have dropped, but if not, I will conitnue to exercise, can't lose every week. I had a football weekend and also had to try out waffles with the new wafflemaker from my Husband.
Tomorrow night is biggest loser and am looking forward to watching that also. There is also some extra incentive on the table and I have dropped my goal weight down to 120, revised total weight loss is now 35 pounds.
