Update 570/600. Doing pretty good - I guess I should have selected a higher goal. Next month I will although February is 2 days shorter! Keep up the good work everybody.
 
I'm a little over half way for the month. :) Guess next month I'll have to add more to it. I haven't seen much loss though so I'm confused but am looking at keeping better track of my food intake. Hope that will help me. 365/700
 

I've been updating my siggie and forgot to update here. I've done fairly well this week:

45 minutes tonight so I'm now 515/600!
 
Nothing yesterday as I was sick as a dog and couldn't get up the energy to move much. However, I did do 90 minutes of mall walking today - lower speed as I'm still not back up to par, but longer time. 905/1400....905/18000
 
Another 60 minutes at the gym tonight. New total 330/600.

Hi everyone

Exercise update:

Sunday 47 minutes, 3.4 miles, 361.8 calories burned on the nordic track. also 35 sit ups with 2 extra sets (part of the exercise challenge) and 5 minutes of stretching.

Tonight, monday, stationary bike, 8.98 miles, 446 calories burned, 45 minutes, 5 minutes stretching, and 35 sit ups with 2 extra sets of 6. Oh my.!

I am at 781/900 for January.

Tomorrow morning is weigh in, I hope I have dropped, but if not, I will conitnue to exercise, can't lose every week. I had a football weekend and also had to try out waffles with the new wafflemaker from my Husband.

Tomorrow night is biggest loser and am looking forward to watching that also. There is also some extra incentive on the table and I have dropped my goal weight down to 120, revised total weight loss is now 35 pounds.

Time to update....today's exercise involved shoveling snow as more snow fell...I mean treadmills feel like you're getting nowhere fast, but this whole shovel while it's snowing thing puts it in a whole new perspective! :rotfl2:

Updating... 975/1000 for the month!!! Only 25 more left I will be done tomorrow after my class at the gym :lmao:

Snow shoveling with a User name like Greatlakes I expect snow shoveling as the main form of winter excercise.... :cool1:
 
Add another 50 min. from the treadmill yesterday... that gives me 500/800.
