60 min of step and 45 of Pilates so I am 420/1000.

HI all. I was out there wogging for 1 hr 40 minutes, so I'm at 340/1000 for the month.

I haven't decided on a year goal yet. Summer is hard because the kiddos are not in school and it gets so hot here so early, and I don't care to exercise in the evening. I need to develop a strategy for those months because I don't want to just stop completely -- like I did last year. :crazy:

We have this nice break in Michigan - it feels like spring, the sidewalks are clear, no snow....not quite :beach: but it sure is a pleasant surprise!

I have 55 mins for monday and now I've got another 90 from today bringing me to 295/700 for the month 295/10000 for the year.
 
Did my first C25K workout this morning, so I am at

60/450

so far for January!!
 
An hour yesterday and an hour today so now I'm at:

210/1200 ------ 210/15500

Oh yes I see that! I am so excited about that trip, it will be our first time staying at Animal Kingdom.I am a little aprehensive about it though because of the rain and temp.We have never been there that time of the year,but with my son in high school now I will not take him out.Looking forward to it maybe we will bump into each other.
 
Another 112 minutes this week, so now I'm at 236/720-25% of the way there!

I'm here! Sorry to be starting in so late but I've been out of town for a funeral. I have been way off plan with both exercise and food but fortunately somehow it hasn't hurt my progress on the scale too much. Now that I'm back home I am finally getting back on track, but my goal for this month will be lower than usual due to my late start.

My goal for Jan will be 1200 min.

So far I am at 90/1200 for Jan. Time to get going!

As for the whole year's goal - that's too overwhelming for me to even think about right now. I prefer to keep my goal setting in smaller, more managable chunks so I don't give up looking at the big numbers. Hope that's OK.

20 minutes on the treadmill last night and 30 minutes WATP this morning. I'm now 190/600!
