I'm off to a pretty good start. For the last 3 days I've managed 30 minutes each day on the elliptical so that brings me to 90/1500. As soon as the company leaves, I"ll try to incorporate some evening workouts in.
Okay, I didn't make the gym yesterday but I did today.
I've got 100/700 as off today. It felt good to get back into the gym today. I haven't been in awhile and it's nice to know that I'm not starting back at square one.
