ok i almost made my goal of 600 minutes for December but didn't quite make it. So i'll stay with 600 again this month and increase it next month if i reach my goal this time.
I'd like to join. I really don't know how much I'll get in, but put me down for 1000. I'm doing the WDW half this month, and I'm getting ready to start my taper. I also have no idea how long it'll take me to recover. I've never done this before, so I'm clueless.
I did 45 mintes yesterday though, so I'm at 45/1000. I hope to get more minutes in today.
