Yes, all guests staying at a Disney resort can use the Magical Express service. It doesn't matter who you used to book the resort reservation. But you will have to contact Magical Express yourself. I went to the Orbitz website to check the prices for our January trip and the room discount was only 15% for the WL. Usually the general public discount is 30% for deluxe resorts during this time in January. So I am going to wait to see what the discount will be later. Once Disney releases their discounts, Orbitz can offer the additional discount on top of the Disney discount. That is how we got a 37% discount on our BC room last April.Sorry, I should of been more clear. You're right -- none of the Disney-operated hotels are showing up in Orbitz's system right now.So I was checking like everyone else on availability for the last week of January... and now the site is saying "Booking is currently unavailable. We’re working to restore availability as soon as possible. Please check back later." when looking up CBR.

Orbitz's website will show the price of the room, and whether or not it has Disney's discount. To get an additional discount on top of that, you'll need to enter a discount code. Last year, I booked the first day the early spring discounts came out. Interestingly, I was able to book them on Orbitz hours before 6am, when they became available to book through Disney.
I'm just hoping for a 15% -- or better yet, 20% -- discount with no cap from Orbitz when the new discounts arrive.

Sounds like he said that because they will be doing the stay play and dine offer.....that's the discount we have gotten the last several years that we have gone in January/February.... You have to get a package with dining to qualify thoughjust bite the bullet and booked our 1-27 thru 2-2 and waiting for the discounts--I asked the CM if there was a code or pin by my name and he said no but he said to keep watching---I asked just before we got off the phone if he knew when the discount would come out--he said around the end of sept beginning of oct--but once again he said keep watching!!! which I have been
he was really pushy about booking me into a package--he said the rate would be the same but there were some perks--he talked pretty fast so I couldnt follow must of what he said--does any one know what kind of perks if you book a package also it seems they changed there time when the deposit has to be in--you used to get a week now its 3 days
so it sounds like the codes are coming--we just have to keep watching
