I was out shopping for my fabric for my fish extender! Now I really am excited. I love the stuff I got. I also picked up a patern for pirate costumes for my boys. Not sure I will get it done but the thought is there. I can't believe it is getting so close to the 24th.

glad to hear you got your stuff today. Have fun making them.

Time is flying by. I watched the Magic pull out on the web cams tongiht, tomarrow I will watch the Wonder pull out.

I have been having a good visit with my oldest son today and Poncho, his lab.
All 3 dogs have played nice all day today. I think they will all sleep good tonight, I know I will.

Monday or tuesday I am going out to find some goodies for putting in peoples extenders, so everyone who is going to have one or a baggie hanging out, PLEASE make sure you have posted that and your room number as soon as you know it.
I dont want to miss anyone, plus I want to know how much to buy, I always get a little extra just in case someone decides at the last minute to participate.

Hello all,

We too have had a busy couple of days! My daughter turned 8 TODAY!!! She had a "Spa Party" last night with 7 friends. Yes we survived and had fun making sleeping masks, lip gloss, and decorating flip flops and their nails. Today she had to visit the mall to spend her "Build a Bear" gift cards. We also had fun with the grandparents.

I'm hoping early next week to work on learning my new camera, photobucket and a fish extender...plus everything else to get ready for CRUISING!

I do not have docs. yet. Will be making a call to COSTCO Travel first thing Monday!

2 weeks from today if you hear screaming and yelling on the ship, just ignore it. It will just be me as security is dragging me kicking and screaming off the ship

Ok...I have the stuff to make my fish extender...wish me luck, as I am about to begin! My door still won't be decorated, but I found enough Disney scraps to do the extender...better than nothing, I guess!

hey I found a group of 12 coming along with us on another board and I invited them to the meet, her name is Peggy and her kids and grandkids.
It is their first Disney cruise but they have cruised many other times on other lines.
I hope to get them to post here too but there is so little time left it may not work this time, but I wanted you to know who they are.

we have rain today, it is hard to believe but we really do need it so I wont complain. I do want it gone by the time we cruise. We need for the sail away party to be outside!! Inside is a bummer

I know you've heard this a zillion times but Please post your room numbers if you want to particiapte in the fish extender goodies. Remember if you dont have the time or ability to make one, go to the dollar store and get a small gift bag to hang on the fish. you can easily decorate it let the kids decorate it.
be sure to hang them up the first night since this is only a 3 day cruise so we dont have a lot of time to do this.


Yes I will post this again a couple of times and a couple more reminders of the meet too. Everytime I've cruised someone missed the meet, that had wanted to go, because they forgot about it in all the excitement, so I will be nagging you all about it

Hi mary Lee,

my cruise prep plans for today is to go and find little things to put in peoples fish extenders

Since we dont leave until the morning of the cruise I will pack that morning.
I have packed for so many cruises before that it takes me all of 15 minutes to pack
I am pro by now and know how to not over pack too much stuff i wont need.

Good Morning everyone My fish extender is halfway finished, I will get it done today, I hope to get the kids packed for the trip today. We will be in Vero Beach Disney Resort for 3 days for some R&R before the cruise. Then off to the Hilton Head Island Disney to kick back after the trip.

I wont be doing a fish extender. My wife thinks we are bif enough disney geeks already, and that would put us over the top.

Plus, we just wont have the time to return gifts to those who give stuff to us. But thanks.

If you walk by a door on deck 7 with a big st. louis Blue note, and maybe an Arkansas razorback magnet, you have found us.

I just hope the cruise docs come today.

Hmmmmmmmmm, not much laundry done today! but the bags are in the bedrooms. School volunteer day and DD riding lesson.

Finally got docs. today straight from Disney, eventhough booked thru Costco. I still do not have docs. for the Jan. 20th cruise--called Costco. Supposedly the girl tracked them down, her manager had them---WHY NOT SEND THEM TO ME???? since I am the one going on the cruise in 5 days!!!! Going to send them next day air. I've never had a prob with Costco before. But that exchange was a bit odd.

maybe she was new or just having one of those days we all have now and then
