Jan 2013 deals - free dining?

I've serached this forum but don't see where this has been answered yet, but does anyone know when Disney starts their promotions for January? They usually offer the free dining plan in January but I don't know when to be on the lookout for the offer?

For Jan 2009, discount codes were released in November and December.
For Jan 2010, discount codes were released in September, November, December and January.
For Jan 2011, discount codes were released in August and November.
For Jan 2012, discount codes were released in August and October.

I am watching this thread, because I am on the fence as to whether to plan our upcoming trip for November or January. November is tougher for me because it gives me less time to save up but it is just so much more affordable now, because as of right now, free dining IS available in Nov, but it isn't available in January. We have myself, my husband, our 4 kids, my parents and my brother going, so the free dining saves us tons!!!

So my question is; I understand when the codes were released in year past, but does that mean FREE dining was available in January in all of the past 4 years?

The current promo is good through September 29 so you could wait and see if anything comes out for January before then and then choose. I looked at the link provided above and it shows free dining in January for 2011 and 2012 but it doesn't look like it was offered 2009 or 2010...I went in January 2007 and it was offered.
