IF you want to get two trips on an AP, you can plan to visit in December next year. The deocorations are truly beautiful!!!
I would love to do that! Actually, the last three years we went in Nov so we could see the Xmas stuff, we love it! But, my DD19 just graduated from highschool this year. She is in college locally so lives at home, but she doesn't want to take any days off from school. In highschool I didn't see it as a problem because she always got good grades all the time, regardless if she missed a week. I figured if her grades didn't change one way or the other, that worked for us, and so we could take a week off and somehow she never got too much homework at all! But, now she doesn't want to at college, so we have to go over XMas break in Jan. Glad to still go to disney of course,

but selfishly I'll miss all the Xmas stuff since it's about over the weekend we arrive. At least we will squeeze in the Osbourn lights and the Castle dream lights(my absolute favorite!) when we arrive that weekend right after NYE!
Just a little confused (sorry if this is a dumb question) but did you call just for the heck of it to find out about a code or did you expect to have one because you are AP or Disney Visa.

....we are booked at POP room only with AAA rate for 10 nights...we have 7 day base MYW tickets already (last years christmas gift)...so I am wondering if we would even qualify for anything?

....like I said confused
Not that you asked for opinions exactly, but I'd suggest signing up for the disney visa card. Then, you would have a good chance of taking advantage of the room only discount of 40% that's come out recently, if not at Pop or a value, then at a mod and still get a great deal! I said room only code since you have tickets already. To take advantage of a package deal, that means you need to buy at least a one day base ticket. Some people still do that and just save the ticket until a later trip if the deal is good enough. Not everyone wants another credit card but if you only use it to get the deals for trips, it's still worth it! And, if you really don't want to get a d.visa, if you watch the codes and rates section, a new general public code may still eventually come out that you can use!
And, you can call just for the heck of it to find out if there is a code attached to your name and they just didn't send it out email. Just call and tell them you'd like to check and see if there is a code attached to your name. Most CM's will be happy to look for you. If you get one who says no for some reason, just say thank you and call back and ask another CM. I just read the other day of someone else who had a
free dining code attached to their name. Of course, sometimes there may be a code attached but it's not one for a time you can use but you never know, you just might get lucky!
