I check the mousesavers website for codes. I also think the reservations department opens at 7 am Eastern.

There are not any AP codes released for January yet, but if/when they are released the best time to call is first thing in the morning - 7:00am eastern time. As for websites, mousesavers.com is a favorite of mine, but I think the DIS is always great for breaking info. We're all waiting too, and when rates are released you'll probably hear it here first!
