Jan 2009 Code Watch

She was NO help. She said for disney visa I must have a code. I asked about GP discounts and she said that it'd be on WDW website and I'd still have to have a code. I asked if there was going to be a code and she said she didn't know they don't tell them.:confused3

Thank you all for checking. The day is young, do they always come out early in the morning?

Ugh I don't want to have to do this again tomorrow! C'mon already Disney!

I know...my kids are both up because I got out of bed and the dog went crazy. I usually try to stay with them so they wake up gracefully and aren't a mess by the time school starts for them! Hopefully, tomorrow will be the day.

Are the Visa codes released in the morning like the GP ones from Disney? Or are they released at later?

Couple of questions

Did the CM you spoke with on the phone tell you there were no codes or was she/he like my CM and said she didn't know?

You know in order for codes to be seen via website they have to be uploaded to the webpage, perhaps the web dept doesn't open at 7 like CRO. What do you think? Were the codes there early in AM last time?

:sad1: please visa please send us a code....:worship: . The good thing here is the 31st is tomorrow:yay: so we should have a code by Sunday at the latest i would think........:cool1: cause it looks like in the past all codes started by the end of the last weekend of October. I guess we'll all just have to hang in there together :grouphug: .

Ahh! Nothing yet?????

Nope.

It's 4 AM here in Washington state. But you never know, so I'll continue to be here tomorrow morning.

Does anybody really know the answer to the question we all have been asking, but can't they release the code at anytime? It seems everybody thinks based off of history that they do it first thing in the morning? Has the Visa code or public code always been released first thing in the morning? Thanks in advance!!!

I just called CRO, lovely Tracy said no VIsa codes yet.

The CM I spoke to at 7 told me to call back around noon. :cool1:

My CM said that even if you call they can't tell "us" the code that we have to have it and give it to them. I've heard that before. Did your CM sound like she was telling you there was going to be one? Mine also said they didn't have a clue when/if they were going to come out....geesh this is a bit frustrating and I have a brain scan today wonder if they'll see visions of Mickey in my head!

I called at 7am, applied code for ap with deluxe dining 5 nights at Poly GV room the week after MLK Day...saved $540.

In the words of London Tipton, " Yea Me!!!".

I'm all about saving money as you all, but isn't it funny these codes thing getting us up so early!!!!:rotfl:

I remember my last trip to DW in 2001---sheesh, has it been that long---that I booked my Disney resort room using a code that was advertised in Latino newspapers in Mexico or something. I was so worried that I'd have to speak Spanish upon check-in or they'd take the code away from me. :lmao:

Donde esta la Visa Code!!!!
