Jan 2007 codes?

Does anyone know what type of code was given if any for Jan/06? We went then, but didn't know of any codes. We did book through AAA so we at least got that discount. Trying to avoid Marting King weekend as it was pretty crowded this year.

more and more I hear about MLK weekend, makes me think there is no point in us going this January then.. I was counting on low crowds, because I mean it is January.. but the more I hear about it... it seems its crowded that weekend in Jan I can't go any other time in Jan, because of school.. Im wondering If I should just wait for spring break instead.. even though there will be crowds, atleast there will be nice weather..

don't get me wrong....MLK weekend wasn't that bad this year....talking about 30min. to hour wait at the major rides in MK and slightly lower in the others. But since I can basically go anytime in Jan. I am looking at arriving on MLK day, because we aren't able to make it to the parks on our traveling day. As for weather....Jan. is about the best month to go

Just got off the phone with our AAA TA and got ressies for Jan 15-23 at POR, with hopper,wp, ddp for 2 adults (son is only 2) for 2500. About $170 less than the Disney website. A code sure would be nice....keeping our fingers crossed.

We went last January. If I remember right the discount was only with park tickets. You got hopper and extras (water parks, disneyquest, etc.) for the price of a standard ticket. We would have gotten the hopper and extra anyway, so it was a saving.

I sure hope he's right...that's perfect timing for me! I get back from WDW on the 20th. That would give me just enough time to get settled and unpacked before booking my next trip!

If I remember right the discount was only with park tickets. You got hopper and extras (water parks, disneyquest, etc.) for the price of a standard ticket.

There was also about a 10% room discount as well as part of last Jan's deal but it varied by which level of resort. We always go in Jan and there is always some kind of ticket upgrade and a small room discount. For a 6 day trip we seem to usually save about $300 extra between the room and ticket savings.

I think, if you don't want to post, you click "Thread Tools" and there would be an option to subscribe to a thread (I think...) Once you post, however, you are already subscribed

So far for January, I've found out that there is the marathon, as you said, and there are cheerleading/dancing competitions over some weekends. I know there is one listed for the weekend of January 13-14 and I think there are some continuing into February (??) Also, don't forget MLK Jr. weekend and President's Day weekend when you're booking (which I did )

I hear alot about last Jan the discount was free park hopper and maybe a little room discount. Was this an AP code or a general code?

Do they usually do a package deal for Jan. like they are for the fall right now?

AP rate i would think the CM just told me the 27th, don't know which he meant, as I am an AP holder
