We had a bit of a blizzard on Friday so yesterday we decided to just stay put so today will be all our running around! We've had hardly any snow all winter and now we seem to be getting it all!
I know! DD11 tells me not to shovel so she can earn some cash (I pay her $5 for doing it). She managed to do most of the walkway and front steps before she gave up in despair. I knew she wouldn't be able to manage it but I also knew
my telling her so wouldn't be believed, so... I gave her a few bucks and started on the rest. The first or second shovel full I picked up went okay then... my shovel bent in half. It's not supposed to do that! Luckily my neighbor was home and I borrowed his. Bonus, he helped!
I get a kick out of this picture.
1. We just watched the film with the girls so if we go horseback riding where they filmed it, they'll have a frame of reference.
2. The montage of the family doing the typical touristy picture is just great. If that doesn't scream "Theme park!!!!" I don't know what does!
I had the camera and Geodoc was the lookout for when they were coming...thought this was them, but nope!

Finally after almost 70 minutes here they were!

I could hear Jeff screaming before they even dropped and he continued right to about this moment.
Please politely yet firmly inform Jeff that he is in violation of code 238 "No continuous screaming like a little girl." and any further offences may result in the forfeiture of his man card.
Here they come soaked to the skin!

It was again time to move to another section of the park so I took pictures of some of the store we browsed in while we were walking!
I love the name 'Wossa Motta U'
As we were getting buckled in I was telling SW that it is just like ToT...they slowly bring you to the top and drop you....WRONG!!!! I was mid sentence with Jeff when it shot us into the air....I couldn't even scream and then I thought "oh yeah, forgot about this part" poor jeff's face 
he found his screaming voice no problem and from here on didn't sit with me on another ride! To this day I still don't think he believes me that I honestly didn't remember that part of the ride!
And yet you couldn't have planned it any better! I wonder who was more shocked, you or Jeff?
I sat with Jeff, Jasmine and Peg was with SW...she didn't want to sit with me either!
But can you really blame them?
The sound of Peg screaming behind me and Jeff screaming just one seat away from me....that's what makes a mama smile!

That's funny! There's a comedian that does a routine that goes something like this (he's referring to what happens when you say grace before a meal):
Comedian takes on deep, profound voice.
"And I shall move the cosmos in such a way that life might come forth. And all the suns and all the planets will move in such a way as to be beautiful and wonderful. And the fires will rage and the seas will boil. And I shall.... What? What's that? No, no. Go ahead, enjoy your meal."
Don't know if that works in print, but the bit was funny when I saw it.
I told her she was a HP fanatic and she said they you must get her the most powerful wand of allll.......really....he who shall not be named??? She prompty scolded me and told me the most powerful wand belonged to Dumbledore....whoops...my bad!!!
1. Good for you for at least knowing who Voldemort

2. I wonder if she runs out of one kind of wand, eg. Dumbledore, if another becomes his type. Or are they labeled in some way?

Wow, this is like the water ride chapter! Dudley Do-Right's looks really fun too, but good thing you didn't go on, looks like it is worse than Jurassic

And another thumbs up to Jasmine buying her little minion, next to Thumper from Bambi, those are my favorite little sidekicks. "Whaaaaaattt??!!!" hehe
