Jack's first birthday

Hi everyone.
We are celebrating my son Jack's first birthday in December (his birthday is December 7) at Disney World. I really want to make him a shirt or two for this trip (saying something about his 1st birthday) and I wanted to make shirts for my husband and myself similar to his or saying something about his birthday. I checked Zazzle, but can't really truly customize the shirts. I am totally clueless as to how to do this--I am not creative at all. Could anyone help me out with a design?

Hi Jack's mom - does Jack have any favourite characters that we can work with?

Not really. He hasn't watched much tv. I was thinking maybe Mickey or Donald (he does have a stuffed Donald that he loves), or maybe a group of characters.
