27th July
Up early and on the go for one last drive to Magic Kingdom. We were there again for the opening ceremony and as we walked up Main Street the kids decided they wanted to go on POTC so we headed in that direction. I took the kids on the ride and DH headed to get fastpasses for Splash Mountain and then we met up again and rode the Jungle Cruise. After that is was The Flying Carpets and Haunted Mansion.
Time to use the fastpasses for Splash Mountain so whilst we headed that was with DS, my mum and DD headed to fastpass Buzz and we arranged to meet over there. DS loved Slash Mountain so his granddad said he would buy him the ride photo which he now has in his room.
We them headed off to Tomorrowland where my mum and DD had had a bit of trouble with the fastpass machine and ended up with Buzz fastpasses . The CM had also given them extra fastpass tickets to use on Space Mountain ads well as the machine giving them complimentary fastpasses for Philarmagic!!!!! We rode Buzz and the DH and my dad headed to Space mountain and we had a ride of the TTA. We then headed to the Comedy Club.
It was around 12 by this time and we had an ADR at Crystal Palace at 1.15 so we headed to Peter Pan to fastpass this and got more complimentary passes for Winnie the Pooh ride. We then headed to Toontown and squeezed on a go on Goofys Barnstormer before we had to dash to Crystal Palace.
We were seated quickly. I love the setting of Crystal Palace and the kids love the characters. The food was lovely but I think I would prefer this at Dinner as I was not that hungry.
As we came out DD started complaining she has earache so we went to first aid and a spoonful of medicine was given and off we went to use up all the fastpasses.
First Splash Mountain, then Philermagic,Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh and one last ride on Small World (to cool down and take the weight off our feet). We then headed back to Toontown to get some photos with the Characters and by this time it was time to say goodbye.
We headed down Main Street doing some last minute shopping and then headed for the Monorail. As we approached we noticed there was no one waiting so asked if we could ride up front and the CM said no problem. It was a shame the driver had no personality and never uttered a word to us the whole time.
We drove home everyone quiet and popped into Publix for a Pizza and then the kids had one last swim in the pool while I tidied up for leaving in the morning.
