So DD is turning 6 while we at DLR, we will be there when Halloweentime starts (the 15th) but her birthday is the 11th.
She desperately wants a Jack tutu dress for her birthday, it seems I have left it too late to order anything from etsy and tbh there was nothing I liked anyway

Years ago we got a really cool toddler Jack Hoodie from DLR.
I can't see anything on the Disney Parks online site right now.

What are the chances of here being girls (not baby or toddler) Jack skellington clothes in the parks in September?

Chances are excellent. They pretty much have Jack apparel year round. I bet you will be able to find a treasure or two. In the store next to Pieces of Eight, at Pirates exit(maybe Port Royal Curios(not sure of the name)) or at the exit of Haunted Mansion there's a cart that I believe has Jack treasures

I was there in June. There were t-shirts FOR SURE for kiddos. I know adult sweatshirts, but not sure about kids. I think you'll be fine!
