My DH and I joined DVC in Jan 2003. When we got our first mailing back home, it said "Mr Andy and MR Linda". I'm not a Mr! I'm a Mrs! So I called MS and asked for it to be corrected. No problem, done..... until the next mailing. Still Mr and Mr. Called again....fixed.... yeah right. Got another maling this week, and I'm still a Mr.!

I know this is a small thing. The CMs were very pleasant and we all have laughed about this. But it bugs me. Any suggestions on how to get it fixed once and for all?
 
Oh my! Those darned computers! Once they get somethin' in their head, just ain't no reversin' it...

I sympathize with you!! They keep mailing my "stuff" to my son and daughter-in-law, no matter how many times I call and give them my correct address. It is frustrating! I hope someone has a solution to the problem.

maybe it's wrong on your contract and will be costly and hard to change it....
 

I was a Mr. Jamie( and listed as a male) on my husband's insurance the entire time I was pregnant. I called about twenty times to fix it. They still paid for everything.:p
 
As noted, check your deed, it may be legally that way. If not email or call MS and ask to be forwarded to Member admin who can work on fixing this issue.
 
This is kinda like Disney reservation system having my name spelled wrong for years... Each time I'd say please fix it but yet every time I planned a trip it was still wrong.

In this case like Dean said this is more a legal issue. My hubby's grandmother bought the kids Disney stock before she passed away. She did this twice, but the last time she spelled one of my daughter's name wrong and left out her middle name so now she has two separate accounts instead of one. I've asked several times for them to be combined and her name fixed, finally the other day they told me I have to find the actual stock and transfer it over into the other account. They can't do it themselves...
 
If it's not everything that comes wrong, the problem could be at a the mailing house that DVC uses. Some things don't come directly from them. It could take awhile to change old lists.
