I have been reading all of your posts for about a year now, I thought this might be a great day to finally join you! I just returned from POR for the fourth year in a row. I love this resort! This time we stayed for 10 days. Oh, and you might know my sister, LBYC19? Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and can't wait to have some fun on this board!

Interesting question Bill. Because we are a family of five, the choices are limited for us. We are able to go 10 days because we're all in one room and go for a moderate. I'm not willing to lessen my days to go luxury and pay their rates, ouch! POR has the extra trundle bed and that has worked out real well for us for now.

Hi and Welcome!

We are staying at PO-R next month. That was the first resort we stayed at, so it has a very special place in our hearts. I like PO-FQ better though. You need to give it a try sometime.

You will find that, not only are these boards VERY informative, but the posters are really nice people. We stayed at DxL (old habits die hard!!!!) last year, and we too, loved it. You really should try some of the other resorts, so you get a feel how different they really are. Since we cannot afford to stay at WL for the duration of our vacation, we are staying at CBR for part of the trip and then we are checking into WL for the last 5 days!! Did you ever think if splitting your stay (actually, this is the first time we are doing this, so I'll let you know how it goes....)
Again, wlecome to the "Happy Place", the next best thing to being at WDW!!!
