It's been a long day of walking - can I get a foot massage?

With 7 planned park days for my upcoming trip, I've gotten it into my head that going in for a foot massage halfway through the trip would be a welcome relief. I already have a break day planned after the first four park days, so there's built-in time, but I don't know where to go. I've looked at some of the spa services and I don't see anything particularly called out as a foot massage, other than a small reflexology addon at Senses@GF. The closest thing I could come up with would be a pedicure, which would only have a small bit of massage and I'm not sure how well it would serve as relief and relaxation after so much walking around the World.

What suggestions does the board have for some relief from long days of hiking? Has anyone on the boards done something similar, and if so, where did you go and what did you have done?

I'll be at the Contemporary and I'll be heading to the Swan/Dolphin area in the morning and DTD in the afternoon, to give an idea of what resorts I'll be nearby for spa service.

This is the first time I've ever seen this question. I have no idea where you would go, but my first thought is that you need shoes that fit properly if a few days of walking requires a massage. Hopefully someone will know of a place you can go. Now you've got me curious! :)

I've always thought that Disney missed the boat on this one. They could make a fortune by opening massage centers in each park, ADRable at 180+10. 15 minute foot massage. And they could add on a shoulder massage for all those suffering from holding up their tablets and phones over their heads all day. A missed opportunity if you ask me. I just make do with my peppermint foot lotion and a willing spouse.

Not in the parks. Probably only at a resort that has a spa, and then ony when the spa is open - which is likely not the time most folks get back from the parks.

I've never tried or needed a spa treatment due to the amount of walking.

I would be extremely upset if I paid for a pedicure and it only came with a small bit of massage. I have never had one at Disney, but every place I have ever gotten a pedicure has spent a minimum of 30 minutes on massaging my feet, more if I do the hot stone pedicure. I plan on getting a pedicure in November midway through my ten day trip.

Grand Floridian Signature Pedicure 80 minutes / $90

Relieve mental and physical exhaustion while your feet and legs are treated to a radiant gentle buff and nourishing masque, then enveloped with a paraffin treatment and finishing with a hot stone massage incorporating honey lavender botanical oils.

says pedicure but seems to be a whole lot more.
