It just irks me when I had sick days and murphy's law would get me sick over the weekend and Sunday evening I'd start to feel okay again. At one job I had 30 sick days earned and only used 1 because I was sick and 5 so I could take care of a sick DS. So 24 sick days were lost as the year rolled over.

I can't be sure if it's all employers and in law....but my dad has worked for the same place for over 40 years. I think he has about a half a year or even more of sick days accumulated.
They don't get lost.
Of course a key reason they haven't been used is that he also has a paid day off every 2 weeks. So works 9 of 10 days a fortnight.

In the real current world....
We get issued 10 per year. Then there's unpaid sick leave.
I'm not sure if I technically had one paid one for yesterday. But I certainly didn't for today.
Medically ideal world I'd have had it off. At this rate I'm going to be half comatose for the rest of the week rather than 'getting better' and going back. But we'll see.

We don't have In-n-Out burgers here. Burgers are for lunch. Egg and bacon toasted sandwiches or in English muffins are for breakfast.

Thanks. I was initially thinking chicken shop fried rice. It's usually 'simpler'. But I couldn't find any. So I went to Hokka Hokka which is a chain here and they had some nice steamed rice. Fresh so it wasn't too clingy...

Might have to go for more fresh air soon...but I'll survive the day...lol...so long as my cow-workers annoy me

I could do with some Chicken soup today.

Get fresh air often. hope PIO is ok haven't heard a word.

I had a very very rare migraine yesterday. Came home, tried to log on but just ended up crashing. I didn't even have dinner last night.
