He still has not gone to sleep yet and it is midnight. It is funny that he was lecturing me about sleep, because I do not have to wake up early to work like he does. I am going to take his advice though. I will miss our late night chats, but I will just catch you at a better hour.
Turkey has melatonine (sp)? maybe cook your self some turkey and keep it on hand for a snack? Good waay to get some extra protein. Or get some from over the counter. Sometimes after exercising I get tired. Maybe you can go for a walk on your street after dinner it might relax your muscles and fall asleep.
I actually had turkey for the first time in a long time yesterday. I had an assessment at the gym and was not allowed to eat beforehand. The cafe in there only serves healthy type food. My muscles are so sore from my exercise yesterday, but I am glad that I finally started exercising again. Need to get healthy. Thanks for the advice. Maybe, I can save some energy for a late night walk.
