Katholyn, my dear friend , mentor, Atkins guru............. Thank you for the well wishes, the kind words, and getting everyone to add to my special day. It was very nice, and I had the will power not to eat any of the bad stuff all day. Pete surprised me and took me out to Chili's, and I did eat some cake and ice cream. But you know what, I know that it was a one time thing, and I don't expect any "bad" news. I was gone all last week to VA visiting my sisters, we went out to eat a lot, I never faltered from the plan. I walked a lot, we shopped the mall more than once, we went to Busch Gardens (so small compared to WDW) and walked all day, and I know tomorrow, I will be right back on the plan 100%. I know with out all the support I have gotten from WISH and you, I would not have made it this far. So thank you all for allowing me into this great circle of friendship and support, and for being one of the bright spots in my day, every day. As soon as the house next door goes on the market, I'll send you and Wilgus the listing. Boy, wouldn't he love that?????

I'm glad you enjoyed your birthday. Did the cake knock you out of ketosis? Well, no matter, just hop back onto induction and you will be back in ketosis soon.

Sure you would have made it. You just wouldn't have had <i>nearly</i> as much fun doing it

Kath, I have never done the test for Ketosis. Maybe one day I will, but for now, I am just hppy with eating all the good stuff and losing a little at a time.

When did you get the new 20 pound clippie? It sure is a bueautiful one, and you look so slender in it!

DH said I looked skinnier when I got home from my trip, now that's a great compliment!
