What a beautiful day at EPCOT. Love it when the crowds are low, weather is perfect and you are in no hurry. Looks like you couldn't have asked for a better day. And the flowers around Italy are just gorgeous. Loved Lady and the Tramp and the flowers going up the staircase. So wish I could get my flowers to look like that.

We have never eaten at Le Cellier yet but are thinking about it. And the more pictures I see of the place the more I think we need to get there. And that shrimp you had looked so good.

It is so nice to find people to take pictures of the two of you together. What great memories you have of your wonderful vacation!

Wasnt is gorgeous! I said the same thing about the flowers in Italy....kinda like how you would like to take your hairdresser home with you, I wanted to take a flower person home with me...definitely not my forte!!

We chose to have lunch their this year because I find the dinner prices a bit ridiculous now that it takes 2 dining credits!

I was so happy that many people offered to help us out and it was mostly people that were parties of 2, so we returned the favour!

An update is long overdue

Yes it is! Oh. Ummm... Guess I'm one to talk, aren't I?

so I thought I better get one up tonight because it is going to be a gorgeous day here tomorrow and we are heading to my bffs for a swim and a bbq!!!

We finally get some nice weather, and I'm in Ottawa... where it's raining!!

We carried on and headed toward Japan and I have to take a moment here and tell you we were having the best time! It was probably the best time we have ever spent in WS! The crowds were so low, the humidity was low....it was heaven! Everytime I think of this day it brings a smile to my face!

I think I could go to WS and spend a whole day just in Japan. Love it there.

My two favorite Disney characters! A very nice young couple took our picture here for us!

Some of my favorite characters too. And the topiaries behind them are nice too.

We were enjoying a day of low humidity and there wasn't a cloud in the sky so it was time to head back and hit the pool!

The kids were talking last night about trying to save to go next August when we usually do and Shanleigh said maybe Brittney and Keith could come and then Jeff and Keith could go work out and Brittney and I could shop BTW, there was no mention of me anywhere in that conversation

That would be awesome! There was only so much walking and browsing through shops I could do alone when Keith was in he gym! Jeff and Keith are definitely meant for each other haha

That's what we all thought! We said they could workout and eat together because that's what took up a lot of time for Jeff on our trip and then you girls could just shop or take in the attractions! I thought it was a great idea!

I am glad you have your priorities straight--spilling a GGS is against the law, I think! But you know, the more time you spend drinking them, the more you can multitask without spillage! See, a reason to get more practice.

I do love those topiaries. I have seen some of the gardeners on a TV show once, and it is amazing how they are created and how often the flowers and plants have to be changed out. Awesome.

The computer pool! That spongy keyboard is always a favorite of my kids. Brynn even has a small, light scar on her knee where she fell on it the first day of our trip when she was 2, but that didn't stop her from running around wild on it the rest of that week or the trip after that! I love how quiet and peaceful it is at that pool compared to the others. So nice.

Love Shanleigh's tank top. Such a good logo. That's one think I hate about the Avs. The logo is okay but I'm just not a fan of their color scheme.

F&G looks amazing! I wanted to take my mom for that but the only spring opportunities we have are over break

Oh, this update made me miss Epcot! It sounds like an absolutely wonderful Disney day, and the park photos are great. Sounds like it was a picture perfect day.

Glad Le Cellier lunch didn't disappoint, seems like it was just what you needed before grabbing some pool time at Pop. And, I have to say, that picture you posted from the third floor makes me want to stay at Pop again. It just looks like such a fun resort.

I hear ya girl! We have been back for just over 3 weeks and I would have no problem jumping on a plane back!

Great! I plan on giving my two cents worth on how we enjoyed the resort a little later in the TR

I completely understand hon! Hockey finished for us and we went right into the Euro Cup....Shanleigh is addicted to soccer and was broken hearted today when Portugal lost

I'm so jealous you got to see all of the Flower and Garden Festival. Some topiaries were still up when we got there but I missed several of these you posted. Aren't they just gorgeous! They are so talented!

So jealous of your GGS. You won't believe what I did. I left my ID in my room on the day I planned to get one of these AND they carded me I haven't been carded in a while so I was surprised when they asked! Silly me not thinking. I was terribly sad I didn't get to try one. I wanted one sooo bad!!

Oh no....I can't believe that happened to you! It was funny on our trip because in Italy they asked Shanleigh if she wanted a cocktail and other places they thought she 15....it was quite funny!

Don't fall over, I know it's only Thursday and I'm doing an update but I thought it was time! I left off telling you about the most fabulous day that we had in Epcot and it only got better with a little pool time.

Once we had a little rest, maybe a half an hour, we decided to get up, showered and hit......

Yup, pkondz knows us well, DTD! I can't get enough of this place. I'm not sure why, I have no reasons in particular, but I do love the hustle and bustle as long as I'm not stressed and trying to buy last minute items

First stop which is a must for us on every trip! I have this picture from every trip except one since Shanleigh was 6 years old! I love looking back and smiling at the memories and it also brings a tear to my eye to think "where have the years gone"

First stop after that....The Christmas Store! If I were ever to be lucky enough in my second career to work at Disney, this would be my first choice, I just love this store. I wanted these so badly, however, they wouldn't have fit in either of our carry-ons and I wasn't risking packing them! I just love them tho

Our whole purpose on this evening was to hit one of our favourite CS restaurants on property....WPE! I had waited almost a year for my favourite thing there....butternut squash soup

I forgot to take a picture of Shanleigh's pizza but it was the pepperoni I believe and she loved it...only ate two pieces, but she loved it!

After a delicious meal which we didn't rush at all, we headed out just to wander! Do you see a pattern here....commando touring on this trip was not to be!! Shanleigh wanted to head to the Westside so off we went...Whoever does these is amazing beyond words.

Shanleigh took this for Jeff, he loves Buzz and Woody and how we missed seeing these last year when he was with us is beyond me

She got the different angle because she knew he would want to see it from here too

After wandering around it was getting very crowded but I had promised her that we would stop at Ghirardelli's for a sundae so we headed back to the Marketplace. The sun had just set and it looked gorgeous and we had a perfect seat!

As you can see behind me, the crowds were a little crazy but we didn't care, we had a great seat, and we were about to enjoy.......

This little puppy!! Strike it Rich Sundae which we split. We didn't finish it but we gave it a good run!

After our delicious dessert we decided to head back, call home and see how everything was going and get an early night! After all, we were heading to the MK the next day
