It's a Stroller Sir, not a Battering Ram!!! NEW PTR LINK POSTED

Food, Darcy, Food and Wine, but I can see where you are coming from:lmao: We should plan one of our trips during it and we can all drink around the world and the kids could just get us back to the bus:crazy2:

:lmao: Well beer could be a food.:rotfl2:

We didn't get to go this year, so I'm reading alot of TR's this summer. I love to reading your TR's. And Taking the picture for that family at EPCOT... Your are a Wonderful Person. And I'll give you :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I am here, I am here!! Better late than never right? I have been horrible about the Disboards lately, between work and wedding planning I havent been on here at all :headache:

I am loving your TR so far, I have never been during the flower and garden festival and it is beyond beautiful!!! I love the butterfly pictures, those are great catches! :goodvibes

You are very sweet to help take that familys picture. There may be hurtful people in the world, but thankfully there are nice people to at least balance it out :thumbsup2

Loving your pictures of the F&GF. When we where there in March 2011 we had such rainy weather we cound't just take in the sites and the flowers or take out the camera.
You both look sooooo happy!

Just curous about texting from the US...did you add on to your phone plan before you left to do this or was it already included as part of your plan?
I'm thinking of joining the 21st century this summer and getting a smart phone. It would be handy to text while on vacation when DH and I are doing seperate things with the kids.

I know...I am so sorry....this week was a little crazy at work but I am posting an update today:cool1:

I promise to keep you entertained so you forget that you arent going this year:goodvibes Aww....thank you so much!! I thank my parents for instilling great morals and values in us...that is for sure! Glad youre here for this TR too!!

I knew you would be here! I am happy to have you on FB so I can follow along on all your plans!

Thanks, I still cant believe they turned out! Just lucky I think!

You are too kind! I think one of the best parts of being at WDW is talking to other people and helping them out!! I love getting to know where people are from and how theyre enjoying their vacations;)

Thanks:goodvibes I had that same feeling during our second week....Maybe you will be able to get back again and have great weather:hug:

We both have blackberries and we are with MTS. I called to see if anything had changed from last year and sure enough it had. You could add texting in the USA for $45 for unlimited or 75 cents a text....we just added the unlimited to Shanleighs phone. I knew she would be talking to Jeff alot (she didnt disappoint thats for sure) and I was able to have a conversation with my sister everyday! We found when we were all together last year it came in very handy for meeting up if we decided to go in separate directions! It also came in very handy when it came to our Dis-meets:thumbsup2

An update is long overdue so I thought I better get one up tonight because it is going to be a gorgeous day here tomorrow and we are heading to my bffs for a swim and a bbq!!!

We left off with the two of us travelling around WS! We were having a great first day at the world and really were just taking our time and taking it all in!
092-1.jpg

Shanleigh decided since we were coming up to her favourite country in the World that she should be in control of the camera...who am I to argue:confused3
093.jpg

She does love it here and we actually hung out here for quite awhile...we just sat and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Italy....that is until someone decided she needed to shop in Italy. I believe this go around she purchased new earrings and a bracelet!
095.jpg

I thought this was gorgeous and so did she because when I was going thru the pictures she had taken 4....she said just incase
097.jpg

Finally got her out of Italy and headed to America....who did we find here...Buzz and Woody of course! Toy Story was the first movie I ever took Shanleigh to in a movie theatre and I couldn/t believe she sat thru the entire thing and never moved an inch!
098.jpg

Lotso....
100.jpg

The courtyard...these pictures dont do it justice!
103.jpg

We carried on and headed toward Japan and I have to take a moment here and tell you we were having the best time! It was probably the best time we have ever spent in WS! The crowds were so low, the humidity was low....it was heaven! Everytime I think of this day it brings a smile to my face! We were in no rush to head back to hit the pool today! Lightning McQueen....pure genuis whoever does these is all I can say!
104.jpg

Is anything cuter than Mater....not to me
105.jpg

Once again, this looked stunning .... we took some time to wander around the store and watched a young man buy a pearl for his mom....it was so cute!
108.jpg

We left Japan, wandered through Morocco but didnt stop. Shan wanted a henna tattoo again but the lady wasnt there yet so we carried on....we had some important business to attend to...well I had some important business to attend to...None of you should be surprised by this LOL
109.jpg

It was hard to take a pic and balance my GGS, goodness knows I cant be spilling any of it
111.jpg

My two favorite Disney characters! A very nice young couple took our picture here for us!
113.jpg

Cinderella and Prince Charming
114.jpg

Aurora and her handsome prince
115.jpg

....with us! The gentleman that took this for us was a hoot! He had us moving around a lot and told us in years to come we would thank him for getting the perfect shot
122.jpg

Well enough of the picture taking it was almost our ADR time at Le Cellier...yup just got off the plane from Canada the day earlier but we do love this restaurant so thats where we were going!
123.jpg

The delicious bread, we had to ask for another piece of pretzel bread because its the only one we both really wanted to dunk into the soup
124.jpg

We each decided to have a bowl of the yummy cheddar cheese soup....shanleigh dreams of this stuff and I decided I wasnt overly hungry so I would have the same!
125.jpg

I asked our lovely server Lauren if she were to order an appetizer which would it be and she told us we had to order this shrimp....so we did and oh lordy was it yummy! We split it with our soup and those pickles, I could have eaten a vat of them....wish I had some right now!
126.jpg

We decided after lunch that it was time to head back and have a little pool time. We were enjoying a day of low humidity and there wasn't a cloud in the sky so it was time to head back and hit the pool! We wandered back to the front of the park to catch the bus but we were definitely in no hurry The view of the pool from my chair....look at that sky....pure heaven!
127.jpg

The shot behind us of the "keyboard" .... it was very spongy and all the little ones loved playing on it!
129.jpg

We were on the third floor so when we got to the top of the stairs (did I mention we only took the elevator when we were leaving with our suitcases) I took this shot!

It was a great first day but it wasn't quite over yet....next up...where do we go next?

Great update! The topiaries are so beautiful! I miss them at other times of the year.

I have to tell you....Dale walked up behind me as I was reading and saw the pic of you with your GGS and said "there's Jacquie. She always has a drink in her hand and thats why I love her" :rotfl: He will always consider you his Dis drinking buddy :)

The pics of the pool and the blue sky look so welcoming! I would love to be there right now!

Loved all your pics of the topiaries around WS! The guy was right---He got a great shot!

It looks like it was a beautiful day at POP! :)

Queen, sorry I've missed the last two updates (I know you understand why), but I'm all caught up now and they are great. You and Jasmine look like you are having a great time (love the pictures of you and Jas).

What a beautiful afternoon, the weather looked perfect and all the flower and garden toparies are just adorable.

Dinner at Le Cellier looks so good, especially the breads...I can see why you guys always try and get an ADR here.

Can't wait to here more

Signing on a little late, but just found this today.

I couldn't help but laugh when you brought up the whole butterfly incident. I remembered it from your first trip report that I read. My son is the same was as Jeff. Anything that flies he freaks out over. We went to the aquarium and they have a butterfly path. Well, one flew towards DS and you would have thought that he walked into a spider web. LOL! It was so funny! :rotfl2:

Great report so far. Love your airport. It's so big compared to ours here in town.

Can't wait to read more!

Sounds like you had a great time at World Showcase! I wish we had enough time to sit in some of the countries and take it all in but since we were only there for a short time I felt like we couldn't! I am dying to try Le Cellier, I am def making sure I get a ressie for it next time! What a beautiful day for the pool! The one day we went to the pool it was cloudy :(

Yum, that shrimp and pickles appetizer at Le Cellier looks delicious! I've never seen it before. I'm so used to seeing the soup only, which I've tried before. I wish there was some way to try a little bit of all the items on the menu for one price!

What a beautiful day in World Showcase! You got some great photos!

I'm going to have to get the Le Cellier one of these days, that soup (and bread) looks fantastic!

Finally a GGS!!! Thank goodness you didn't spill any! ;)

Thanks Dawn:hug: As some of the topiaries were slowly taken away while we where there we missed them too!

:lmao::lmao:He knows me too well....it's funny cause at home I may have a cocktail if we go out for dinner but there is something about the world that I really enjoy to grab one and sit and enjoy .... tell Dale if all goes well and we're all there next August that we'll meet up and have another drink together:thumbsup2

We are so used to going in August when some afternoon's are hit and miss with the thunder showers that this was such a treat for us! I would too Dawn....here's hoping for the lottery:goodvibes

Thanks so much! I find the trips when just the two of us go it's tough sometimes to get enough pics together, but people for the most part would offer, we wouldn't even have to ask!

It was gorgeous! We were hoping for that kind of weather the whole trip but you and I both know that didn't happen:rolleyes1

Queen, sorry I've missed the last two updates (I know you understand why), but I'm all caught up now and they are great. You and Jasmine look like you are having a great time (love the pictures of you and Jas).

Kathy:hug: I have been thinking about all of you and keeping you in our prayers! We were having the greatest day...I feel bad when people think they can't afford to go to WDW, I always say "where there's a will there's a way". Remember, hon, here if you ever need to just talk!

What a beautiful afternoon, the weather looked perfect and all the flower and garden toparies are just adorable.

The weather was unbelievable! By noon we're usually so sapped of energy we don't really have a choice but to hit the pool, but it was a perfect day!

That pretzel bread is so delicious....the other's I'm not sure, didn't try them:lmao:

Glad your here:goodvibes

That is so funny and I know its wrong but I cant help but laugh. Apparently there is a street here that this past week the letter carriers refused to deliver the mail because of dive-bombing crows. If you could have seen Jeffs face when we told him....priceless!

Thanks, I was really impressed with the airport and cant wait to be there again:lmao:

I know exactly how you felt...its only when we stay for longer than a week that we take the time to sit around:lmao:

I think you guys would love Le Cellier! The kids were talking last night about trying to save to go next August when we usually do and Shanleigh said maybe Brittney and Keith could come and then Jeff and Keith could go work out and Brittney and I could shop:lmao: BTW, there was no mention of me anywhere in that conversation:confused3

Yum, that shrimp and pickles appetizer at Le Cellier looks delicious! I've never seen it before. I'm so used to seeing the soup only, which I've tried before. I wish there was some way to try a little bit of all the items on the menu for one price!

I was looking over them menu wanting to try something different so I asked her what she would recommend and she didnt hesitate and after getting it I could see why, Shanleigh actually said that she wished we had gotten two!;)

That is a great idea....I wish they would have something like that too!

Thanks hon, I am sitting having my coffee and its that kind of day here today and I cant help but think of that day too!

Its so hard when youre planning a trip because something always falls to the wayside and I usually dont think about it until we get home! I missed LTT this trip...I wanted to go for lunch one day but Shanleigh wasnt in the mood for it:confused:

I purposely started in Mexico so I wasnt having one at 11 oclock...I waited until noon:lmao:

Ooh lucky you with your gorgeous day! We're getting some rain and it's the first time in I don't know how long, so I guess I can't complain.
Those topiaries are so gorgeous! Some serious skill would be required to make those.
I also adore Italy  It's so pretty!
Love all the pictures. I got butterflies in my tummy when I saw the Pop Century pictures and when you wrote about walking up the stairs I could just really feel myself being there. I got so excited I jumped up and ran out to hug DH who turned to me and said, "84 more days?" hahaha he knew why I was excited for no apparent reason.

More great pictures!!

Hope it is nice today in the Peg, it has been raining here since yesterday.

So lucky! You are having the summer that we had last year....we've had nothing but rain and clouds...yuck! Today is gorgeous so we will be out enjoying it that's for sure!

You got that right....I have no artistic talent so I admire anyone who does!

You're so funny! We always use the stairs when we're at a value, we look at it as part of our workout for the day:lmao: When my sister and her family went with my parents in 2004 (she was pregnant with her youngest) my dad and her oldest took the stairs to the 4th floor at Pop everytime! My dad was 69 at the time:thumbsup2

Glad it's only 84 more days for you!

The waiters...

That scenery never disappoints there does it? Wait until we eat at Via Napoli .... story about that coming up;)

Aw. How old was she?

She was 3 and it's all she talked about....she cried at the last one because it's something she grew up with and I said well you're all grown up, just like Andy and then I was a mess:sad2:

Sounds perfect.

It was:love:[/I]

Good job!

Thanks...didn't lose a drop:goodvibes

They should just bring out all pretzel bread.

Agreed:thumbsup2

Looks delicious.

Great update. Love the photos!

Thanks!!:goodvibes

More great pictures!!

Hope it is nice today in the Peg, it has been raining here since yesterday.

Thanks!:goodvibes

Not a cloud in the sky so far and it's supposed to be 23....perfect day, not too hot not too cold!!!

What a beautiful day at EPCOT. Love it when the crowds are low, weather is perfect and you are in no hurry. Looks like you couldn't have asked for a better day. And the flowers around Italy are just gorgeous. Loved Lady and the Tramp and the flowers going up the staircase. So wish I could get my flowers to look like that. ;)

We have never eaten at Le Cellier yet but are thinking about it. And the more pictures I see of the place the more I think we need to get there. And that shrimp you had looked so good.

It is so nice to find people to take pictures of the two of you together. What great memories you have of your wonderful vacation! :yay:
