Day 6. Part 2. Continued.
We went to explore the Japan stores.
Marc took this picture of a lantern and I happen to like it even though you can see my leg coming out the bottom I think my leg looks really skinny!
Marc wanted me to pick a pearl, which I thought was sweet.
Me, holding my 7 1/4 mm pearl.
It was fun to watch. They do it very quickly though. Marc said that he wants that to become a tradition for me every trip. I thought it was sweet. He told me that by the time we retire, I should have a full pearl necklace.
For our Japan snack, we bought some rice candy.
Utterly disgusting. So gross that I can't even tell you how gross it was. It was sticky, so sticky that you could barely get the plastic wrapping off. Ick.
The drummers were out. They were intense in their drumming, a high energy performance! Very good. We both really enjoyed watching them.
Next up was the American Pavilion. Sadly, we weren't hungry at all so we didn't a snack.
We did catch the drum and fife performance. It was excellent.
We waited around so that we could go see the American Adventure.
Inside is very impressive & beautiful.
Voices of Liberty was great. We sat on a bench and just enjoyed the cool and the singing talent.
I loved the hall with all of the flags, I wish we hadn't been herded through there and I could have enjoyed taking some pictures.
The theater itself, was just beautiful.
Overall we enjoyed the show. I love anything with History. My only complaint that it was a bit long. I started to get antsy towards the end. My OCD Disney brain got in the way of me relaxing. I am sure you can ALL relate to that.
Coming up...
My least favorite country.
A bad trip with Trolls.
LL almost pulls a Meg Ryan.
