I agree about repeating a call. I was on vacation without internet access two years ago when AP rates came out. I called CRO because I had read that the rates might come out the next day. I called bright and early only to be told that they were not out. I pleaded with the CM to check for me. He get pretty snide but said he checked and there were none. Only later that night did I find out that they had come out and I missed them. I had wanted the Poly but there were no more left. I wrote a complaint to guest relations and actually got the AP discount applied two weeks later. So when waiting for a discount I think it best to talk to multiple CMs. It seems that we are in the know more times then the CM.
