I bought a phone case from D-Street back in November, the case has completely fallen apart and is nowhere near the quality of the last case I got there, is this something I should reach out to them about or do you think it will fall on deaf ears?
You can try contacting Guest Services. Explain what you bought, when and where you bought it, and what is the problem. I don't know if there is anything that can be done at this point, but at least you'll have tried.

Was it a D-Tech on Demand case or one in a package? If it's one from a package they will replace it if you bring it into a store on Disney property that is selling the case. If it's D-Tech on Demand those are final sale no exchanges for falling apart.
