Italian Cocktail Tasting

I'm looking at a Navigator from a recent Fantasy Eastern. One of the liquor tastings offered is the Italian Cocktail Tasting.

What kind of cocktails are made? I'm hoping it's more than just Bellinis. I'd love to hear your experiences!

When I did it, there was a presseco drink, a Frangelico drink, a lemoncello drink, a grappa, and maybe one other. No bellini. There were more straight alcohol drinks than mixed drinks.

We did it on The Fantasy last year, it was really good, only drink that didn't work for me was the Campari very bitter. The chocolate Liquor was delicious, I can't remember the name though.

On the Fantasy, does anybody know what kind of margaritas they make for that tasting? Also, what wines do they do for the stern to stern wine tastings?
