We arrived at MCO about 10:40 AM. Checked in with Magical Express, waited a bit for a bus, and we were on our way by about 11:30 AM. Pulled up at Jambo House at 12:05 PM. The order of the Magical Express route is now Coronado Springs, Jambo, and Kidani.

We checked in, but our villa wasn't ready yet. We switched some things around in our bags, checked the carry-ons with Bell Services, and we were off to MK!

We made it to MK by about 1 PM. Got our APs from Will Call, got a locker for DH's camera bag, and we went to Noodle Station for a meet with Len from the Unofficial Guide. Today is his birthday!

We were thrilled to meet not only Len, but also Deb Wills of All Ears fame!!

Noodle Station was OPEN! They seem to be doing things a bit differently than they have in the past. At lunch they serve "normal" food - burgers, chicken nuggets, etc. They switch to a more Asian theme at 5 PM.

We grabbed some lunch, chatted awhile, and then we were off!

Grabbed FP's for Buzz, rode Haunted Mansion, Small World, and Philharmagic. Rode Buzz with our FPs, and rode Pirates. The wait for Peter Pan was 50 minutes, so we skipped that. Crowds were not bad today, and no rain.

We got the call during lunch that our room was ready, which is not bad for a DVC villa! About 5 PM we decided to come back and make sure things were OK - luggage was all here, villa was OK, etc. If there was some sort of issue I did NOT want to try to sort it out at 11 PM. Our villa is good. We have the red river hogs right outside, and a few zebras and a giraffe have also wandered by.

We are just hanging around the resort tonight. That 3 AM wake-up is catching up with me!

DH and DS are fading fast. DH is already in bed! DS is brushing his teeth.

We had a quick dinner at Mara - soup & salad for me, chicken nuggets and fries for them.

Forgot to mention earlier that Noodle Station offers a 10% discount for AP and DVC members! GREAT deal for those of us not on a dining plan!

I went to MK today without a single pin. It was brutal! Definitely bringing my lanyard to Epcot tomorrow!

Deb is only here for the opening of BLT. She has to get ready for Magic Meets! I did tell her I am friends with Terry & Stephanie, because someone asked me if we were going on the cruise.

I have to say there are a bunch of folks at AKL right now who seem to have left their "indoor voices" somewhere else. We heard people tromping by laughing and shouting until probably 2 AM! We are on the 5th floor WAAAYYY in the back of the resort. It's not a high traffic area.

Got a text from Anne Marie. They were not impressed with the Pirate cruise thing. I will try to call her today for more details!

We are headed to AM EMH at Epcot today. Hoping to meet Captain Sig! If the queue is too scary maybe we'll just go do the Visa Meet & Greet. Dinner tonight at Yachtsman!

Hi, Debbie! We can't wait for you guys to get here! I am excited about the Dessert Party.

Epcot wasn't too crowded today. It was HOT walking around World Showcase, though.

We went to Soarin' at rope drop, rode once, got a FP for later, then had breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. We rode Nemo, looked at the manatees, browsed around. We went to Ice Station Cool for some drinks, then went to get a FP for Test Track. From there we used our Soarin' FP. We were going to ride Livin' with the Land but it is closed for refurb? Not that it is my favorite ride or anything, I just don't recall hearing that it wouldn't be open.

At 11 AM we made our way to World Showcase. Rode the boat in Mexico, had my FAVORITE rice cream in Norway, rode the Maelstrom. By that point it was 12:10 PM. Captain Sig wasn't arriving until 1 PM and the queue was already out of the shop. It was HOT, and it was raining sporadically so we skipped Sig. None of us would have been happy in that queue. So we just strolled around the countries, I had a lovely Gray Goose slushie in France. We rode Spaceship Earth on the way out.

DS took 8 pins to trade, I took 10. DS blew through his. Most of what I traded for are pins for DS. Need to bring more than 10 tomorrow. Of course historically MGM is a bad park for pins.

We came back so we can change clothes before dinner. Can't wait! I love Yachtsman!

There are 5 ankole cattle outside right now, along with 2 ostriches and some antelope things.

On the way out of Epcot we stopped at Guest Relations and we were able to pick up the Disney Rewards card. We didn't have time to order one for DH's account before we left, so now we can transfer his reward dollars and use them! The CM said until recently that could only be done at DTD, but now you can do it at the parks.

Great TR. I love the live report from WDW. We will be arriving next Saturday. I will be checking in daily to see how your trip is going and to see if you have any crowd comments. Nothing like reading a great trip report to pass the time until it is time for me to leave.
