A few costume pics from yesterday.:)

Here is my granddaughter as Isabella ("Whatcha' doin'?") and my grandson as Phineas ("I know what we're gonna do today!") from Disney's Phineas and Ferb.:)

Almost impossible to get one of all three sitting still!

Here is Phineas on his way to Kindergarten. Since he couldn't take his baby brother along, he had to settle for a stuffed Perry.:)

If anyone else wants to share costume pics, feel free!

I'm not familiar with the characters being portrayed, but cute kids. The platypus on the ground made me chuckle.

No costumes here. No need. We're scary-looking enough without them.

They are adorable! I love the baby's little Perry hat!

My 3 went as characters from "The Avengers"!

Omgoodness! Those costumes are super cute! Thank you for sharing. I'm going off on my evening run with a big sappy grin on my face! :goodvibes

on the costume note - has anyone else seen several Superhero Princesses running around?

Thus far, I've seen two combinations: Batman & Robin and Batman & Superman.

The tops are just regular superhero costumes, but the bottoms are tulle skirts.

SO CUTE and in both cases, the little girls told their folks what they wanted to be and the parents figured out how to make it happen.

What I love about it most is that little girls don't question that they can be any superhero that they want to be AND a princess - at the same time - it just doesn't even occur to them that girls can't do that! I am looking forward to seeing what those girls do out in the world and what kind of world their generation creates!

Phineas and Ferb is a popular animated Disney show that's been running for a long time. It's a very funny show, and our five year old grandson loves it.:)

The costumes came together pretty easily. The hardest part was finding an orange and yellow striped shirt like Phineas wears. The yellow fabric paint I used came out darker than the cartoon character's shirt. His is more of a pale yellow.

I'm glad my post put a smile on your face!:)

Isabella and Phineas are so cute (he makes a great Phineas!), but the baby as Perry is ADORABLE beyond all reason! Brilliant!
