Is Undercover tourist the cheapest?

The last time I was looking for tickets (I had an AP the last couple years), AAA was cheaper for me. However, I was only looking for a 4 day ticket. I think there was a point where UT was cheaper, but not for what I was looking for. You have to go into the AAA office, and not all sell tickets, but if they do, ask for a pricelist so that you can compare.

I don't think that is true, since DVCers can add the dining plan and most have annual passes.

There are exceptions for DVC members and AP holders. But for the rest of us, a package is required to get the dining plan. A one day ticket is required to purchase the dining plan, and a two-day ticket is typically required to take advantage of a free dining promotion.

So we could book a 1 day ticket thru Disney, then get the other 6thru UT?

Definitely the more expensive way to do it.

If you know you'll be coming back in the future, but might not want the dining plan, you can save that 1 day ticket and use it in the future, and upgrade it to the sort of ticket you need then.

There are all sorts of ways to buy WDW tickets. And each trip might have different prices, depending on the discounts available and how long a ticket you need. The best way to figure it out is to work it all out for your particular trip, making sure that you are seeing ALL charges (taxes, shipping, etc), and make your decision from there.

Aren't the YES program tickets cheaper than the UT tickets?

Yes, much cheaper. But they have a lot more restrictions. Attendance in a YES class is mandatory (and my kids would love to do one, but I don't think it will work with our dates). YES tickets are nonrefundable and can't be upgraded once they are picked up. YES classes are not offered at all times or for all ages, so some people will not qualify for them.

They are totally legit and AMAZING. They're the cheapest place we have found.

I won't say you WON'T find cheaper, but these guys are not only cheap but the customer service is out of this world. Prices listed include tax AND shipping. They get the tickets to you inside of 12 business days guaranteed ( and offer express shipping if needed ). In our case, we once ordered for 20 people, so they threw in the express shipping free of charge.

Not only that, but they will refund any UNUSED tickets no questions asked. ( We know from experience ).

Plus, to further express the legitimacy of the tickets, make a photocopy of the back of your tickets. If you lose it, you can go to any DISNEY ticket booth to get it re-issued if you have that copy. You can also get the tickets upgraded at Disney ticket booths.

Dont ever write on your tickets if there is ANY chance you might need a refund. I wrote my GS's name on his tickets because I was sure he was going! lol, he didn't and I was unable to refund his tickets. We will use them this year but that could have been a real bummer.

I don't blame UT they really were awesome but there wasn't anything they could do.

Another supporter for UT here. Ordered my tickets last year before the price hike, even with no trip on the horizon.

You have to check for your individual case, who's cheaper. There's also mapleleaf tickets, viator, attraction-tickets direct, etc.

Thanks everyone. I signed up for mousesavers last night in hopes of getting a code so I can order my tickets! I appreciate all the help:thumbsup2

We just used undercover tourist to buy our 6 day PH for our trip that ended last week. Price was about 30 bucks a ticket less than Disney and we were able to put our tickets on to our KTTW card at the concerierge at Saratoga Springs. We took advantage of the room only discount and didn't use the dining plan so not sure how that might work but UT is definately legit and we will use them again in the future. We did pay the extra $16 total to have our order shipped 2 day Fedex just to make sure we got them since we planned our trip last minute.
