I contacted Disney because I wanted to express my concerns about the security aboard the Disney ships. The fact that there are no video cameras monitoring the hallways really makes me nervous. Especially when I think about leaving my luggage outside of my stateroom. This is the reply I received... very generic.

We too are concerned by the actions of these young guests. We take
these actions seriously and appreciate the time you took to share your
thoughts with us.
Please be assured that the safety and well-being of our guests have
always been of paramount importance to us. The information presented in
the videos has been reviewed with our Shipboard Officers and shoreside
security teams, who will follow up on these issues and handle
accordingly.
It is our hope the actions of this individual doesn't overshadow your
enjoyment of your upcoming Disney cruise vacation, as we look forward to
sailing with you later this year.
