Blue Bayou Dining Reservations

I saw on the app that Blue Bayou is down for refurbishment May 4th and the dining reservation calendar has it closed through May 20th. What time do reservations typically open up each day? We are approaching our 60 day reservation window and I'd like to try to get reservations. Last week I saw Blue Bayou dining reservations open for May 25th around 9:45 am. I looked today just to get an idea and either all the reservations were taken already or they aren't avaialable yet? Trying to prepare so I know what time to shoot for! Thanks!

Reservation window opens up at at 6am 60 days before the day you want to dine.
