Somewhere on the boards I read about the car in MGM across the street from the Information board that works on hydraulic lifts.
If you walk up to the car and lift at this certain spot the hydraulics kick in and it looks like you are really lifting the car.
When we were there in 2004 we were walking around the car looking for a handle or something and we heard something kick in. So I am amusing this still works.
Anyone have any information on this?

:confused3

I think I know which care you are speaking of. It is behind the Five and Dime? I have never heard that it has hydrolic lifts, but in busier times, if it is the one I am thinking of, the doors open to display jewelry, which is sold there.

hmmm...very interesting :scratchin

I never heard that before, but now I'm really curious if that's true or not. :D

I have never heard of this before. I would think it's not true because how would the car come back down? What is some little 2 yr old ran under it? Way to much liability. Maybe it just raises a couple inches but still ..get your toes squished seems too easy of a lawsuit for the Dis lawyers to allow something so obvious.

This was very neat. It was truck and if you stepped on a lever and lifted you could lift one side up. This was great to watch peoples reactions when you did it. I did not see when they removed it but we have not seen it the last three times (3 years) that we were there. I beleive it was on New York Street.
