Is this ride still going? What is it called?

That ride is at Disney's California Adventure across the plaza from Disneyland. It is called the Golden Zephyr and is still there.

Was that ride ever ar DL? The reason I ask is that on the show American dreams, it is shown in the shows opening song from old films. I love that show and want to ride the ride! Thanks for the info!

No. It was never in Disneyland. This ride is a replica of rides that grace amusement parks back in the 1910's - 1930's. Apparently this is the first one that was built in 70 years. It is a very pleasant ride but is not a "thrill" ride.
