I am visiting London in September. I was going to take the Eurostar over to DLP and stay over a couple of nights and go into Paris for just a quick day trip, but the train schedule is not really working out for a time/cost effective trip.
So it's not that much more to just grab a BA flight over to Paris so that's probably what I'll do.
Here's my plan.
Friday morning grab an early plane to CDG. Land, check in to a hotel right at the airport (maybe Ibis) drop my bags and take a metro train into Paris and spend the day sightseeing. (I only have one or two things I want to do and I have no plans to actually plan a trip to Paris, like ever)
Saturday I figured to get up early, and grab the first train to DLP at Terminal 2, again spend the day then grab a late train back to CDG, spend the night and fly back to London on Sunday. (I'm flying home on Monday).
I can't get train schedules to come up for my days but does anyone know or done these things:
1. Get to the train station if you're not already in the airport (like is it past security? or will they let me through with my train ticket?)
2. Get an early/late train on the same day and have at least 6-10 hours in the park?
Thanks in advance.
