Make the most of the Extra Magic Hours if you're entitled to them, get Fantasyland done during those first 2 hours, use the Fastpass system - if you've tickets from previous trips you might want to take those, they have been know to produce additional Fastpasses or you could buy the FP tickets on Ebay.
A lot depends on when you're planning a visit, the weekends are very busy so more planning required on those days than for say a midweek visit, opening times of the park vary a lot, I would imagine the later evenings of summer season are quieter than the daytime, I'm assuming families with younger children are likely to leave early evening. The attractions are a lot quieter when the parades are on especially Fantillusion. Hope that helps a bit.
