Is this CM wrong??

So I attempt to log on to Disneyworld.com this morning to make the reservations for our trip since we are officially at 180 days out. Cannot log on, keep getting error message. "disney.globalreg.carbon.error.login_once_modify_email"

Okay. Calling the reservations line it is. I get a CM who says "oh no, you cannot book your whole stay unless you have the dining plan, I can only book for the first day of your vacation". I say I have always been able to in the past, she says "oh no, that applies to the dining plan only".

Well, I have always been able to book for my WHOLE stay when I had a package booked through Disney. And I have not always used the dining plan.

What do I do????
 
Call back and get a different cm :)

...sounds wrong to me too...And sine I'm not an expert, I checked wdwinfo.com and it said 180 day for length of stay if you're staying on site
 
CM is wrong - 180 is for onsite guests - not dining plan guests

Strange how someone who works for Disney making reservations could have no clue about their policies! She even said she tried to make a reservation in the computer and it would not let her! She was so sure of herself that I thought their had been a change in policy.

Glad you called back and got what you needed. :goodvibes It's bad enough when the website doesn't work, but it's even more frustrating that a number of the people on the phones are clueless to their own policies.

Agree. I was frustrated on my 180 days because the online system wouldn't recognize my resort reservation and let me book the +10. I had to call at 7am and do it on the phone. I think I might have snapped at the CM if they told me only DDP people could book the +10. It's really bad that their CMs don't know the correct policies.
