Is there ONE thing (maybe a little odd) that you always have to do at Disney?

I always get a picture of whatever friend I am taking that year with the Snoring Lego Man at DD. Usually sitting on his lap or some other flirty pose.

Always buy a chocolate covered apple at the Villian's Sweet Shop before Fantasmic at MGM

Must see the Voices of Liberty at Epcot's American Pavillion

We always try to time it so that we are on Big Thunder Mountain during the fireworks! Its so funny we're all, "We got in line too early!" or "Oh no, it's too late! It's going to start before we get on!" But it usually works just fine and we are sailing around a corner just in time to see a big burst!

And then there is this one. And this one is weird. In fact, I'm not going to even fully explain it because it is so weird. We have a dance. That we do in the room. When we first arrive. We call it, "We're here! We're here! We're here! "I invented it and at first DD and DH made fun of me, but now they do it too.

How do these things get started????

I don't think mine are too odd either, although I do find it funny that so many of us have strict traditions that we hold to!!

I'm another one that has to have MK as the first and last thing I see on my vacation. We have spots of the exact same pictures (Cinderella's Fountain, for example), and I don't think we'll ever stop choosing those exact same picture spots, for generations to come.

As for my own traditions:

*I have to visit my brick on the Walk Around The World, dust it off, and take a picture.

*I MUST video tape both Splash Mountain and Tower of Terror in their entirity so I can relive them later. Then I always ride again and take a still photo right at the top - so that I get the Castle rising in MK and the backlot of the Studios.

*And I MUST MUST MUST eat something Mickey shaped on every vacation. It's not hard to do, of course, but it's gotta be something - waffles, cookies, ice cream...it doesn't matter, but it's gotta be eaten.

After all, it's tradition!!:mickeybar
