Is there high speed internet at Vero Beach?

We are going for a few nights to Disney Vero Beach and my DH wants to know if there is high speed internet connection available.

There wasn't when we were there last August - just a computer near the lobby which didn't work

There was internet when we were there in January. I'm not sure if it was high speed because there was a charge to use it and I said "no thanks!" Some home! (I complained on this site and the time and was blasted).

At the present time there is no HSIA in the rooms at VB.
Dial up access is avalible in-room. HSIA is only available from a terminal located just off the main lobby. There is a time charge for using that terminal.

Not in the rooms. We were there in May, and as others pointed out you can get on a lobby computer for $10/30 minutes. However, you can't open any attachments on their computer.

As the others have mentioned, there is no high-speed access at VB yet. CM's told me there is a wi-fi hot spot at a Panera bread nearby.

You can use a terminal in the lobby for a 30 minute period for $5 (I believe).

I was able to reserve a specific time and get all my 'work' out of the way early in the day--and then forget about the rest of the world.
