Is there an 800# to get a hold of the wedding planning people??

My fiance and I are planning to get married next year sept when we go. Is there an 800# to get a hold of the wedding people to start asking about how to go about doing this and the prices. We just want a private ceremony with us and our kids, thats all. Can we book our own rooms and tickets, or do we have to get a package from them??
